Kids Kickboxing

Tailored for young students (5+) incorporating games, drills, and fun activities to develop confidence and coordination.

Adult Kickboxing

Focuses on developing advanced techniques, including combinations, footwork drills, and sparring.(13+)

Fitness Classes


Offers high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and core strengthening workouts.

BKA & Fitness is a family-friendly gym offering kickboxing, boxing, and fitness classes. Founded in 2018, BKA & Fitness has built a strong reputation for its high-quality instruction and supportive community.

About the Owner

BKA & Fitness was founded by Coach Bailey, a passionate kickboxer who believes in the transformative power of martial arts for both physical and mental health. Coach Bailey's commitment to fostering a positive and welcoming environment has attracted a loyal following across the US.

Our Style 

Described as Muay Thai Inspired American Kickboxing, the system created by Coach Bailey is a merging of styles, traditions, culture and countries.


Bailey Kickboxing System is a unique recipe made up of Boxing, Taekwondo, Kyokushin Karate, Muay Lao Kickboxing and Muay Thai Chute Boxe.


Champions

There have been 7 full contact IKF champions and 4 IKF point kickboxing champions under Bailey Kickboxing Academy. If competing is something you are interested in, mention it at the front desk for more information.

Women's Only

A workout environment meant for the gals ONLY. 15+ once a week. These classes will be a combination of bag work and cardio led by Coach Bri. You'll improve your athletic performance by building muscle and increasing endurance. 

Functional Strength Training

Coach Bailey's functional strength training workouts consist of high-intensity, low impact movements that involves a series of exercises performed in sequence with 25-30 sec rest windows with 1 minute rounds completing movements that target different muscle groups combining cardiovascular and strength training. You'll improve your overall fitness and build muscle.
