Bailey Kickboxing System is a unique recipe made up of Boxing, Taekwondo, Kyokushin Karate, Muay Lao Kickboxing and Muay Thai Chute Boxe.
There have been 7 full contact IKF champions and 4 IKF point kickboxing champions under Bailey Kickboxing Academy. If competing is something you are interested in, mention it at the front desk for more information.
A workout environment meant for the gals ONLY. 15+ once a week. These classes will be a combination of bag work and cardio led by Coach Bri. You'll improve your athletic performance by building muscle and increasing endurance.
Coach Bailey's functional strength training workouts consist of high-intensity, low impact movements that involves a series of exercises performed in sequence with 25-30 sec rest windows with 1 minute rounds completing movements that target different muscle groups combining cardiovascular and strength training. You'll improve your overall fitness and build muscle.
